Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages, and this page explains what to expect from each one.
Order processing
After payment is authorised, orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from carrier transit.
Delivery timing and charges
Transit is normally 4–6 business days after dispatch. Available services, destinations and any delivery charge are shown at checkout for the entered address. These timeframes are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Address and tracking
Please check the delivery address before submitting an order. When tracking is available, it is sent with the dispatch update; carrier scans may take time to appear.
Delays, loss or damage
For a delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete parcel, email gasitagumat01@gmail.com with the order number and available tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed.
